Chandler: POLICE DEPARTMENT VICTIM SERVICES REMODEL. Work under this contract includes: demolishing approximately 3,644 SF of area on the north end of the first floor Police Main Station then, reconstruct new walls, ceilings, floor finishes, and install new Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Special Systems to connect to the existing building systems to provide victims of crimes neutral, safe, and private spaces, while providing staff from the Victim Services, Sex Crimes, and Family Crimes Units an improved work environment. The Victim Services Unit area shall include approximately 1,620 SF for offices, a conference room, reception workstation and waiting area, medical exam room, and storage. The Sex Crimes and Family Crimes Units areas shall include approximately 2,024 SF for offices, detectives workstations, and files.
