Contractor shall provide all labor, tools and materials to remove asbestos waste in the Building No. 3 crawl space at the VA Medical Center, St. Cloud, MN. Project consists of removing and properly disposing of approximately 2740 cubic feet of contaminated soil/asbestos waste in the crawl space of Building 3. Additional soil will need to be removed in some areas in order to accommodate duct work. A drawing is provided to outline the scope of the work and show where the ductwork is to be routed. All questions must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. The drawings are in AutoCAD format and can only be opened with AutoCAD.
