The project will consist of approximately 3,850 S.F existing Chapter Bldg. complete demolition removal to a designated site, and Abatement for the Oak Springs Chapter. The Navajo Nation Capital Project Management Department ("CPMD"), on behalf of the Oak Springs Chapter, invites interested Parties to submit sealed proposals for the following Project: Demolition Services/Abatement Service/ Disposal for the existing building of 3,850 sq. ft. conventional built, site remediation, and all site utility disconnect and cap. Proposals must be submitted in two parts: (1) a sealed envelope containing the specific Demolition services proposed for this project; (2) a sealed envelope containing the proposed fee, or fee schedule for Construction/Demolition Abatement Proposal services for this Project.
