It is the intent of the City of North Little Rock to seek bids from qualified companies for the demolition of the commercial property located at 224 South Locust Street, North Little Rock, AR known as the Boat House. The building is currently vacant and will be torn down to the slab. The metal structure attached to the building will be included in the demolition and removed completely to the slab. The building size is approximately 1,904 sq. ft. The metal structure poles installed in the concrete will be cut flush to the concrete. There is a construction fence approximately 5-6 feet from the building that needs to be protected during the demolition. Any damage to the fence will be the responsibility of the contractor to repair.
