Stabilization & Demolition of a Structure located at 912 Front Street. The project consists of two phases. Bids are requested for each individual phase. Interested and qualified parties are encouraged to bid on both phases. Phase I consist of: 1. Furnish labor, equipment and materials required to install shoring and/or bracing of the building at 912 Front Street, Conway Arkansas, in accordance with engineering plans provided by a licensed structural engineer chosen by the City. Phase II consist of: 1. Furnish labor, equipment and materials required to remove (1) structure and debris from the property at 912 Front Street. 2. Provide removal of all debris, including lead paint and asbestos containing materials, and removal and disposal of surrounding rubbish and garbage. 3. Abatement of asbestos containing materials must be performed in accordance with all application regulations. 4. Removal of footings and foundations (except at party wall), concrete slabs, private driveway and private sidewalks. 5. Fill excavations with clean fill material & grade lot for proper drainage. 6.
