The work consists of demolition of one 21,000 square foot two-story concrete and wood framed school building, including asbestos abatement and lead-based paint removal; demolition of one 8,200 square foot one-story wood-framed school building, including asbestos abatement and lead based paint removal; demolition of three small outbuildings; removal from site of all foundations and building debris; and final site grading. The work site is located between Third Avenue and Fifth Avenue in Haines, Alaska. All work shall be completed by October 31, 2010. Bids due 08/26
