Work must be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The Engineer's Estimate range is $ 288,000 - $ 348,000. The improvements at East Mini Park will be funded partially, or in whole, by a Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
