The successful bidder shall leave the parcel of land cleared of all debris, the sewer properly plugged and approved. All sidewalks, driveways, or masonry slabs, footings, foundation walls, steps, and retaining walls must be removed. All holes, openings, or basements must be filled to grade level with inorganic materials. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to identify, remove, handle, transport and dispose of all special and hazardous waste/materials including asbestos-containing materials and lead-based paint in accordance with all Federal, State and local regulations.
