Pier III Replacement. Scope: This project consists of all activities necessary to construct a replacement structure for Kodiak Pier III directly adjacent to the existing Pier III. The WORK generally includes, but is not limited to, demolition of portions of the existing pier, construction of a new pier, breasting and mooring dolphins, catwalks, fendering systems, new crane rail, high mast lights, culverts, trench drains, armor rock and fill rock placement, water and sewer lines, cathodic protection and miscellaneous electrical work. Large diameter pipe piles will be installed with assorted pile tips, rock anchors, rock sockets and anodes. Bids due 02/27
