Ketchikan: Hole in the Wall Harbor Replacement, consisting of the following: Base Bid Work generally consists of demolition and disposal of existing moorage floats, boarding floats, timber ramp, concrete abutment, dredging and disposal, modification of existing breakwater structures, installation of new concrete stairway, ADA switchback ramp, concrete abutments, moorage floats, aluminum gangway, steel pipe piles, predrilled pile sockets, fire suppression standpipe system, lighting improvements and other associated improvements. Additive Alternate 1 work consists of domestic water service. Additive Alternate 2 work consists of electrical power on the floats. Additive Alternate 3 work consists of pile anodes. Bids due 08/11
