Anchorage: King Street Warm Vehicle Storage Building WVSB Addition: The Work generally consists of demolition of a portion of the existing WVSB and construction of a new two-story WVSB Addition. The new WVSB Addition includes interior vehicle parking, locker room/ restrooms, mezzanine, and second floor office/ meeting facilities, restrooms, and mechanical/electrical support spaces. It also includes minor modifications to the existing WVSB. The Work also includes excavation, classified fill, and backfill for the WVSB Addition foundation. Schedule B: Site Improvements Site Development: The Work generally consists of site development to support the WVSB Addition, including selective site demolition, contaminated site soil and groundwater management, parking areas, concrete and gravel pads, curb and gutter, sidewalks, access roads, landscaping, security fencing/gates, storm water management, utility services and connections, and site electrical. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: Over $10,000,000.
