Project consists of several construction phases to perform interior building modifications to the Administration Wing Basement, First and Second Floors at the Fort Worth Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) located in 13800 FAA Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76155. 1. New work will include new electrical, mechanical and interior architectural finishes. Upgrade of stairwell finishes, Installation of Government-Furnished Lockers, Fire Protection Sprinkler Systems. 2. Demolition includes removal of asbestos containing materials, architectural finishes, and non-load bearing walls to accommodate new building modification in the administrative and restroom areas. The project also includes demolition of main air handling units and existing lighting power configuration in the basement, locker room and the other main administrative areas. Asbestos - The asbestos portion, of the work, is considered, minor to the overall project. Minimum of 5 years successful experience in asbestos removal. 4. Experience working in comparable occupied government facilities.
