The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to remove existing Building 4817 (36,000 SF+/-), including concrete slab, foundation, trees and shrubs, all underground piping, conduit, etc. and to remove existing Building 3200 (26,000 SF (+/-), including concrete slab, foundation and all underground piping, conduit, etc.. Removal and disposal of all materials to an approved offsite land fill or recycle center is required. The builings are located on Keesler AFB Mississippi Zip Code 39534. This acquisition will be a 100% Competitive Hub-Zone Set-Aside with no geographical restrictions, utilizing Performance Price Trade-off (PPT) Procedures. Interested responsible Hub-Zone sources may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238910. The size standard is $13 Million. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The contract performance period will be 180 days from the Notice to Proceed.
