I live in SW FL, commercial building activity has picked up substantially as has apt building. I foresee in the relatively near future, older strip malls and apt/condo buildings being torn down to be replaced with improved products. There has been a rush of investors buying older properties at extremely low prices, many in very desireable areas. No doubt many will be demolished and replaced with mini-mansions or real ones.
Best of luck for a great year to all

I've talked to a lot of demo guys lately, some say there are busier than normal, some can't get a project if they're the only bidder (joking of course).

So what do you optimistic about? Is it gonna pick up? Are you going to hire more? let's hear what you have to say
