I really like this idea. I know of a couple companies that have a couple of their estimators work from home and come into the office just once a week for a meeting. It not only saves the time of them driving, but it saves money on office space.

And it is true, the internet has really changed things. For the better in alot of cases.

Was the 4 days a week for the office only or for everyone, crews included?

I am pretty much the same as demobud. January always seems to be a busy month.

I stay pretty busy all year round. :)
Although I try to stagger work so that I can have some time off when my children are out of school.
