Commercial: masonry and steel framed, the majority of the structure is to remain, they are just removing a 40 x 60 bump out to allow for a new addition. Not a big job at all. But a good client/contractor

Is anyone familiar with the requirements for an out of state demolition contractor working in PA. There is a GC on site who has pulled the demo permit they are just looking for us to go in and do the work. This is a contractor we do work for here in MA. Any help would be appreciated
