I have done a few jobs there and they were not shinning moments in my career. I stay out of there and New York City. I really think to be profitable in those areas its who know and i don't mean that in a corrupt way either. I never get good sub prices or I always have union problems. The companies I would bid against pretty much just bid that area. We will bid jobs anywhere in the country so I let them have their own little world there and let that sleeping dog lay because there are some very good demo companies there and I would not want to bid against them everyday.
