I have bid a few jobs in the past few months and Im still trying to get the hang of how do bid a job, so needless to say the customers i did estimates for werent happy with the number i gave them. I got a call on friday from a customer that wanted some work done on his condo. Now I understand that my job is tiny compared to some of the jobs you guys are taking on, but Im really excited because this customer seems excited to give me my first break. He has a parkay floor and he wants it removed from the two bedrooms and the drywall removed from two walls so he can put in insulation and replace the drywall on his own. Attached is a print of his apartment. Again I know this is nothing compared to what most of you guys do, but I gotta start somewhere. I dont have the funds or experience yet to take on a big job so this is where im at.
