Interesting story in Business Week
Wow!
Since I have been building an equipment sales business, I have heard many stories like this. Our attorneys have even required us to have clients sign proprietary info agreements past a certain point in the sales process. It makes for an awkward situation, especially when you know the agreement is really not worth the paper it is printed on.
