Thought I would do a follow-up on this project. Well after much debate I did walk away and apparently I was the only one. 2 others dropped out.

I think this one would be profitable, but like I said there is just something there that I can't put my finger on. I still have about another week before I have to do anything. So I am taking the weekend to think about it.

I have no problem with walking away from a potential job. Sometimes you just know it's not going to be profitable and you shouldn't get involved, there will be another job coming. I've taken my share of CO and RFI filled jobs but I don't like em.
I once completed a job, but ended up telling the client to keep his money because of conflicts during the project (it wasn't a large job and I had a bigger one next).

But I still take the job and wish I hadn't.
It usually ends up being a nightmare of CO's and RFI's
