I haven't thought of Access, I will look into that. I haven't used Access in years; I used to use it all the time for bid tracking never thought for employee tracking. Cool

I used Access for a while back in 98 or so. I recall it had a time card function linked to the billing functions. I haven't used it in years though.

He is using a whiteboard also, he was just looking to "upgrade". I have heard of some using a seperate Outlook folder and do tracking that way.

I've tried to go high tech but always end up using a chalk board.

Does anyone know of software for dealing with employee scheduling. I have a client who has about 18 field guys and does mostly smaller jobs (>25k). So he changes the locations of his guys just about every other day. I have never had to use something. My initial thought was to just adapt Microsoft Project.

Any suggestions?
