We try to forecast in round table sessions at our quarterly meetings, it keeps us thinking past our immediate needs. We don't use any software or anything, just gabbing.

or forecasting when you do business planning? If so, do you use software, exercises? What works best?

Like defining biggest threats and opportunities over the next 5 years? And what would happen to your firm if the top threats came true?
