There are some cheap options, like Craig's List which is free or if you have something like the Little Nickel.
A couple things we did we went first started saw cutting division, was to include a flyer in all of our billings and within a couple days we had 8-10 jobs lined up from existing customers.
The other thing we did, is even if we were not bidding a project we would send faxes on bid day telling about our saw cutting service and we would get some calls that way and gave them some rough numbers. This way "they" did your take-off for you and you just filled in the blanks, it worked very well.
Hey All. I need some ideas on advertising to put my new crusher to work. Some of you may remember reading my thread a few weeks back about the crusher attachment for my skidsteer. I have plenty of work to do on my own site, but I'd like to get some work where I can make some money rather than just save money on my project. Things are really slow here now so I could use something extra! I've sent a letter and pictures of the crusher and finished product to all of the cities/counties in my area and some of the excavators and concrete contractors but so far that is the only ideas that I have come up with.
