Yeah, that stuff is nasty especially if you have to rig a tank down. That mess will get all over you. :(

No, no not New Jersey Surprised Surprised . Who needs the aggravation of working in that state? Heck, you get fined by the DOL before you even start the job! Their blasting air overpressure/noise thresholds are slightly less than that generated by rabbit flatulence.

Everything went really well. I didn't use shaped charges because the steel was corroded to the point that we couldn't do any preburning except for cutting out the standpipe. So I had to bulk it which every blaster is loathe to do because of the potential for fly. Thankfully, there was nothing around for several hundred meters in every direction. I used a binary explosive that worked like a champ.
