
Are you thinking about going union?
We have thought it about several times before, but just can't seem to come to a unanimous decision. I have heard a lot of the same pros and cons that James has brought up. Here there are only a handful of demolition contractors that are union, but lots are non-union. So for now we are just going to stay non-union.

[font=Times New Roman][size=3]Being union you a plethora of labor, disadvantage you have to go through a bunch of them to get the right person. At least hiring
