We had great success with it and have made some pretty good money. It was never in the plan to do this, but when we were working for one of the property managers during a demo, he asked us if we be interested in performing a tenant clean-out and we said sure why not. Over the next couple of years we did about 150 of the total for multiple clients.

Yes we would go in and remove any left over items. Depending on the client and the type of space we would return it back into a vanilla shell and it was ready for the next client. I would say that most of these projects were retail spaces, although we did down some offices, but those were mainly just removing furniture and stuff.
