2.oo s.f. seems about right. i always try to size it 2-3 ft pieces so i can take advantage of free dumps.

Sorry I must have missed your post.

I would look at what you are making now @ the 2.00 a sf on a "regular" job and compare the cost if you were to drop it a little. Maybe a little bit of a discount, maybe in the .15-.25 a sf.

Was woundering what you guys are getting to demo & remove concrete slab. I was asked to bid a 31,500 SF warehouse floor the floor is elevated 4' above the parking lot. 2.00 a Sf is what i normally charge but it is a high volume job should i discount it a bit?
