Gas came down here a few cents yesterday, how is it with ya'll? (2.15 for 87 octane)

I have added some, but only on strictly independent hauling jobs. We just increased our rates right before the price hike, so we okay for now.

Most subs and small companies, have increase their's across the board.

Damn! Maybe I shouldn't have bought that Armada. I haven't included any fuel cost increases yet but I may have to begin adding at least a hauling surcharge. A few of my sub- haulers have had to do so so I'm probably going tohave to follow suit to offset my loss.

Do you guys include a clause in your proposals/contracts that protect you from fuel increases or do you just eat it financially? Do you include fuel escalators in your estimates?
