I am a brick mason, in virginia, familiar with pricing construction, but not demo. I am looking into how to bid the demo of a one story brick veneer. The second story is all wood. It is painted, solid brick about 50 years old with diagonal 1 inch boards behind the air space. I figure It should be pretty easy grunt work. Saw off chunks at the wall ties and tote them to the dumpster. Around the bottom might prove to be a little more work because of the backfill around the foundation. I have only done smaller scale demo on brick remodels and f ups, so any tips would be greatly appreciated.
