That cost includes haul and disposal also. If you are just removing it, I would drop it down to about a $1.00- $1.25 a sf

I would like some help on estimating a job. A local developer asked me for a price to rip up and remove 6000sq ft of ceramic tile. Do you guys have a per sqft price or t+m. let me know. He says the site may be accessable with a bobcat and is on the ground level. he's supposed to call me tomarow. I just need a benchmark to start with.Thanks.
