I know cali sucks when it comes to reg. I think next the air resource board (yes we have that here)will have every person here strapping a specialized gas mask on our back sides. thats why I am getting ready to relocate to colorado, a whole less crap to deal with.they are getting ready to enact law here that if you diesel motor in any truck or tractor is older than a 2000 yr model it has to be upfitted with a $15,000.00 air purification system, and if its older than a 95 yr model you cant even run it in california!!

Anyone licensed or certified to remove underground tanks like fuel tank removal from gas stations. I'm interested in getting licensed to do that. Shed some light on it for me.
