What is the sub floor made of? What kind of loading can you put on it?

We have used the sinclair. Our asbestos guys love it but it can be very tempermental.
Blastac make a nice ride on machine, it runs on an electric hydraulic pump.

I have used a Sinclair before and it did wonders.

I have also used the Innovatech one before, as well as National's.

After thinking about it, you might be better to cut and remove the sub floor with it. I would think a flooring machine might tear up a wood floor pretty good. I removed a parquet floor in Bellevue Square that was bonded so it hard, that is was removing the topping slab along with it.

We are starting a project that has about 16,000 sf of wood parquet flooring glued on wood sub floor. What is the best walk behind flooring removal machine out there.
