If the project is for large buildings on a college campus, we would surely be intersted. Our company has completed 7 LEED projects. We are currently working at GE and they are doing a new building from old space which reqired 95% recycling.

Send me the plans and I will have one of my estimators price it.

Hi Gurus, I am a newbie in the industry and found this website to be very interesting and resourceful. I am part of the GC team working on a medium size project in a campus which is going for this LEED certification. The demo package of this project includes a complete demo from the roof down for 2 buildings. I have never done a project for a complete building demo. What should I look for (or pay more attention to) in the demo drawings from the architect? I guess it seems too simple to me that he just simply dashed out the building outline and called it "Demo existing building in its entirety". Any advice/suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
