I do remember the stuff breaking up fairly easily. I would try opening up a section and then using a skidsteer to break and lift it from the subfloor (assuming it is concrete). You might have to use a hammer with a spade bit to get started.

Thanks, vasman! I have removed similar types of tile and brick from labs and food prep areas, but that was during total demo, so there wasn't any real difference in methods. Are you removing the brick for something to replace it?
