Are the owners wanting part of the revenues from the sale of the equipment or do you get full title to it?

I am doing a job down in Tenn at a old plant and the owners would like a lot of the machine and equipment to fall under our asset recovery scope. With the market the way it has been I havent gotten into this to much this year but if any one has any ideas who is taking the equipment through out the US we can package and heavy haul the equipment to the location.
