Boy, I forgot about this.

His results were very good.

What he was removing was some old stairs (poured solid) and a short foundation wall. He rented a jack hammer and was beating on it for 2 days with no results. The area were it was way to tight for even a smallest excavator. So used Dexpen, although he couldn't drill as deep as he wanted too. But after a couple of tries he was able to get the the stairs and foundation wall down. He told me he wishes he would have used it in the first place.

Please do. I like the idea of being able to demo concrete with no impact.

I have heard the same about BriStar. That is why I wanted to know if someone had used Dexpan before. It's actually more for a neighnor than anyting. He just bought some so I will let you know the results.

No, but I have used BriStar with limited results. Its been about 9 or ten years so maybe the formulas are better. BriStar seem to be very temperature sensitive.

Or maybe I didn't know what I was doing, that's always a possibility. :)
