Basically I plan on doing interior demo of office buildings and the occasional mobile home or small framed house. Anything else I will get another company involved.
I have good handle on the work and the office but the tracking of estimating projects and documenting what was found and compiling it all after the site visit to turn it into a bid is a bit cloudy. I can do it, I just don't know what was used to do it and will have to try to create something to do it. I know there was a spreadsheet that did the math from LF of wall to $ and the larger the number went the lower the cost pet LF went. That is what I am looking for.

Worked with demo company for two years and got laid off. Customers asked me to start my own business so I am giving it a go.
I did not do the estimating but will have to start so any advise, links to spreadsheets or other helpful information will be greatly appreciated.
