Sorry to hear that, when you first start out, it's always better to rent your larger equipment and then slowly build your it up. But, right now, it's most start-up businesses that can't get loans, it's tough out there on new start-ups.
A lot of demolition companies that have started have been with borrowed money from their family members.

the problem i was running into was nobody wants to loan to a company just starting or getting started up and one bank told me in demolition most my equipment would be torn up and not worth the value if they had to repo

Looking for a loan can do that. Isn't that something you would want to do prior to starting up? I would think that would be the way to start.
