Hi JunkGuy,

Welcome to the forum.

There is no "magic formula" on what to charge. You need to figure out hourly cost for removing walls, ceilings, etc. (how much can your crew remove per hour) then plus cost of moving the material, then haul and dump/recycle.

I guess my post didnt go through. Junk guy, I wasn't personally attacking you, i was stating that this is what the industry is coming to. I am certainly not bitter, maybe i hit it the wrong way, and I am sorry if i ruffled your feathers.

Wow you are a bitter bitter human being. I think thats not what I asked for and you can keep your negative attitude to yourself.

Hello we are a small hauling company. We have spent most of our time dealing with residential clients. We are starting to look into doing some light demo work. I'm wondering how you would charge to do demo work. I am thinking just interior demo. I am also looking on how to put bids together. ANy help would be great.
