Hey everyone, first post here. Been doing demo for a few years now, just found the site though. Things i like,,,family, working, long walks on the beach....things I hate,,, low-life, low balling "contractors" . Just bid against a guy on doing a complete demo, 2 story brick house,about 2000 sq feet + basement. Foundation and everything had to go and be filled with clean fill, seeded and strawed. My bid? $9800. his bid? 3500! That wouldnt even pay for the tipping fees and insurance! Got to love it. Thats my introduction:confused:
