As far as finding a good crew thats not really to a big deal: great leadership + good communication x great pay package = a great crew. I know my formula is simple. I also know that if well payed skilled/heavy labor and tradesmen don't mind working long and hard for a great pay package. Comunitaction has costs : radios/phones,daily planning/safty meetings ect. If you are paying and comuncating well you can justify and be rewarded with a high quality work force. plz pardon the spelling

Thanks for the approval. Been doing this for a couple years now and was required by a developer to get insurance so I registered as a business 2 months ago. Am struggling to get organized though. There is so much development going on in Boise and the surrounding areas that I can't even begin to keep up. Am having issues finding a good crew. And I must get a store front in the next 23 months. There is just so much to do to make it run smooth. Got any tricks of the trade?

My name is Loraine and I registered my 'Pre-Demolition' business in Boise, Idaho this past year. Felt after 3 years of messing around it was time to make it real. We contract with the Developers, contractoers, Demolition Companies ect. in the Valley to 'Pre-Demo' thier properties set for demolition. We go in before the back hoes or fire department and take everything from the light switches to the barn in the back yard and re-sell the materials. We then turn around and give the above folks 25% of the profit. It is amazing how busy we are. This will be the year of the retail outlet. Am looking forward to learning lots from you all.
