Hate to see those old taverns go away. They are timeless. Rory Nugent just wrote a cool new book about the decline of New Bedford called Down at the Docks. Talks about the old whaling town in a state of decline. Sad to see. It's a classic New England story. How about all those old abandoned mills too.
Check it out.
