Congratulations on the job, 1Man. Hope you have some assistance. What kind of equipment will you be using?

I love the term in the article "perform a facadomy." That's a new one . . . facadomy.

Looked at the pictures too. What's so special about that building? Why are they so concerned (and required) to keep the front of it intact? What are the apartments like inside the building?
