[FONT=Verdana]They'll be on the site 10 hours a day to get the job done sometime in July. [/FONT]

[FONT=Verdana]A 35-story condo tower will rise in its place. [/FONT][FONT=Verdana][/FONT][FONT=Verdana][/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana]Signature Place is that project's name and the tower's developers tells us he believes this will usher in a new standard for buildings in St. Pete. [/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana]Project developer Joel Cantor says, "What this building represents is a new museum. It's museum for living. It's going to change the city, I believe. [/FONT]
