On the news and in the financial papers they say the reason gas is so high, is because we do not have enough refining capacity. I dont understand why they would shut one down .Dengler Demolition

Valero energy has announced that it will close its Delaware City,Delaware refinery. Valero is looking at dismantling the refinery.
