1743 Holdings, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Delaware, has selected six firms to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) phase to undertake the decommissioning and eventual demolition of various buildings located on the former Newark Assembly Plant site.

The six firms were selected from more than 70 firms that responded to a Request for Pre-Qualification Submittal. The six firms selected to participate in the RFP process are:
