Strikler - at 3890 and more then 2/3 of the project done they will nver get to 5400 you moron. The Union has filed suit along with local 825, local 95, Local 106, local 545 - thats public knowledge. So are the lawsuits from the trucking companies and the bankruptcy. So google Testa Bankruptcy and see the $891,000 thats owed to the different locals if you know how to read the court briefs.

Show your face in NY and I can assure you it will be the last time - you talk like a punk (piece out)?? Grow up.

I did not bid it, because It was too big of a job for me to do. If you give someone a lead that actually turns into a job, usually a "thank you " comes to mind. At least in my world.

Demoman518 to me it does sound like your upset you lost the job, with 3890 sold and half a building left that 7 to 7.5 thousand tons about the amount Testa said was there, he didn't say there was 10 thousand ton, come on your pissed and I don't blame you no one would, but to make stuff up, he owes the union money are you kindling me the union files suit on everyone just to keep the companies on there toe's, At 5 a gallon for fuel what fuel company delivers fuel without a credit check and he beat three locally fuel companies, come on what does that say for your area's business community they so desperate for business, I have done more then a few jobs with Testa and they never ever played me, the bid was on my letter head the job was priced out before we got started. google testa what do you find thats negative, he completed a job his sister's company couldn't, what else. Testa's problem is he's is ever were, with PC1250 and TESTA on the arm, makes other demo companies jealous. You do your thing and other companies will do there's stop worrying about other people's business stick to your own, and why am I replying to your posting, BECAUSE I FROM BOSTON AND YOU DONT F#^* WITH BOSTON, didn't you hear were the world champions in the NHL THE BOSTON BRUNIS STANLEY CUP CHAMPIONS. Peace out demoman518 hater.

Well, I am a hater too. I GAVE THEM THE LEAD.... Not a thank you, not a penny. I guess nice guys finish last. I am finished with the shady scumbags who take and take, and NEVER give back. I will be TAKING some of whats mine. No more leads to these any other company again. So far i have given approximately $1,000,000 worth of leads, where the companies get the jobs and don't even look my way again. It all comes around, so i will be there.

Is that why they went through 3 local fuel suppliers? ran up their c&d bill until they were cut off? switched haulers midway - to me this sounds like them not paying their bills! its common knowledge that many locals are suing because Testa under funded the benefit portion (thats an internet fact so search that) so are several bankruptcy proceedings filed by Testa (thats a mess in my opinion).

So why would I want to help him out and not get paid?

We bid the job - the owner whom I've worked for in the past and came to us and showed us Testa's bid and said if we match it - we could have the job, we passed because the steel that Testa said was there (10,000 tons) was not there. The amount of steel thats been sold to RSC&I is 3890 to date with 1/2 a building remaining. So our 5,000 ton estimate was pretty darn close. I'm far from a hater.

"demoman518" If you know Steve Testa at all you know he doesn't waste money, there is a reason for everything he does, don't hate the guy because he won work on your turf, Upstate Location, why not give him a call and find out if there is anything you can do to help move the project along. quoting numbers means your prive to the job, anyone who tells you Testa is in a mess is also a hater. Steel pricing is projected to increase, maybe thats the reason, he has so much work he's making all his clients happy,,, Maybe,I dont know becasue Im not in the no, I am on the out looking in, I have never been a hater, Im just chilling like a master vilin. Good Luck demoman518.

I've been watching Testa since September razing former ALCO train buildings in Schenectady NY - wow! I could have unleashed termites to work faster, so much for their PC 1250 outperforming a 345.

In return, they've paid Galesi group $589,000 for less than 5,000 tons of P&S and $750,000 for acm removal. With that bid, I can see why Testa is in the mess they're in!
