Anyone know who will be responsible for the environmental? Specifically the refrigerant abatement from the refrigerated appliances.
Interesting, I did water tower inside the grounds of a youth prison. They offered to have the model prisoners help but in the end we let them be a fire watch. It was one of those boot camp type compounds.

how did the nuns do at the gut out? did they swing the sledgies pretty good?
I bid a monastery 6 years ago and at the pre bid meeting the engineer told us the nuns were going to do the gut out.
They are doing the strip out the heavy demo is being put out to bid. the other problem is the abatement. it wasn't a max security type prison it was more like a farm prison. we are doing a Waste Water Treatment Plant down the road from the prison that we will be on the next two years I will keep you update on what i see happening I drive right passed it
