Thanks for the update, I looks like demolition got pushed back for months just for events to be finished at the spectrum, now it looks like they are not going to implode, not that I care but I don't mind them demoing it with excavators. I am surprised they did hold a bid tabulation yet since they did have it planned for near year's eve of 09.
