The final phase of demolition is complete on an old Philadelphia landmark.

The Civic Center in University City came tumbling down yesterday morning.

The implosion took place shortly after 7 a.m.

The 76-year-old building is being razed to make way for additions to the University of Pennsylvania Health System.
